Julie Moon - Ceramics

I've never seen anything like this. I've never see ceramic this cerebral or this creative. Julie Moon, whose website is crammed with each thing more different and beautiful than the next comes from a fashion background, she then moved on to do art school and is now playing with Ceramic. I just wish her website or CV told me more about her. On days when I feel my creative juices are running dry, all I need is to come back to this post. Or better still check out her website here.

Just look at that Heart Brooch
And when Julie Moon does tiles, they look like this.

Hi Vineeta, Hope you are doing well. I love your new banner. You are right, those ceramics are cerebral. I've seen her lamps before, but never saw her other work. Some of her face vases remind me a little of Jonathan Adler. I am particularly in love with her ceramic hands with flowers painted all over them. I'm going to check out her site.

Thanks for sharing!

Oh wow, such fun! Love all the hands! I can't believe I have missed so many posts. The good thing is it feels like I'm curled up with my favourite magazine.
